This is the website of the glass manufacturing industry journals Glass International, for glassmakers worldwide, and Glass which caters specifically for the glass sector in Europe. Glass International is published ten times a year in English and twice a year in Chinese, reflecting the globalisation of the glassmaking sector.
The journal has undergone a redesign to make it more attractive and easier to read. Glass International offers regular comment articles from industry experts as well as well-informed technical articles discussing the latest developments and challenges in glass production. Regular features include articles devoted to leading personalities in the industry; to individual glass plants; and to suppliers of vital glassmaking equipment, materials and services. You will also find out about forthcoming events in the glass industry all over the world, as well as reports about recent events.
Glass, the sister journal of Glass International, has a backbone of technical articles about glass production but also addresses wider issues such as legislative changes. It also looks at how glass is being used in Europe. These characteristics recognise the unique information needs of glassmakers operating in the European Union, who will also obtain from Glass information about the latest advances and innovations in production equipment, materials and techniques to help keep their glassmaking operations competitive.
